Nduja (en-doo-ya) is one of our favourite products. Composed of 75% pork fat (alongside chilli and a few spices) this is a spreadable salami. This sausage has its roots in Calabria where it is fiery hot! Our version is a little gentler so that the actual flavour of the chilli and pork can shine through. Great on bread with a little honey, folded through hot pasta, on top of pizza...on whatever takes your fancy.
