Blackhand is dedicated to providing the best cured and dried meat from the best producers the UK has to offer. For instance, the pigs we use are rare breed Gloucester old spots from Essex and Yorkshire which spend a great deal of their time foraging for food off the forest floor.

We have enormous potential in the UK for great tasting food, and there's no better expression of this than in our salamis, bacon and hams. All of which are handmade in our workshop in Hackney.
