As the title of this post implies, it's been quite a while since we posted anything on our blog page. Over a year no less! Apologies for the delay, but the last 12 months have been anything but quiet. Not only have we been hard at work maintaining a steady flow of quality charcuterie, we've also managed to get ourselves a van. This beats carting around upward of 5kg of cured meat by bike every day as I'm sure most of us mere mortals can imagine. I'm proud to say that we've even managed to squeeze the creation of a few new products in there too! Watch this space for some Christmas announcements including a new series of masterclasses and an online hamper box. Speak soon!
Finally, an actual website. Most think of a website as being a pre-requisite for any food business. I would agree but have managed to with out thus far somehow. That said, I'm very glad to see this site up and running.
For those of you who happen to be in close vicinity to Hackney on the weekend of 16th November we will be selling some of our wares at the Dalston Food Market, so why not come on down and tickle your taste buds. There will also be some pretty banging hot food on offer as well as a little something for the little ones should you have them.
And finally, there's a possibility that we may start doing a line in bacon and smoked fresh sausages in the new year. Watch this space....
